Hena Somaiya
Hi and welcome to Legal Exchange with Hena! I’m Hena Somaiya, originally from Kenya, now living in the UK.
I’m a law graduate from CILEx Law School and work for a FTSE 100 financial services company as a Regulatory Policy, Governance and Legal Consultant.
The UK legal profession has various unique ways to enter the profession, I will share my experience of the “alternative route” into law.
I found navigating the legal profession quite challenging, and I realised I’m not the only one who felt this way. I will be using this site to guide fellow Aspiring Solicitors on things that have made my journey easier, and valuable lessons I have learnt (some of which I wish I knew earlier!)
